if you had the cure for cancer would you reveal it too the world?

if the cure is just like a pill you take and kills the cancer and has no sideeffects

yes i'm between 2 extremes thinking to help my race.
but seeing as in the future it might help overpopulation and things like that .
and its the only things that kills us humans except human stupidity.
since we evolved we have no natural pray so sadly i woudn't release it.
