Depends on the requirements to be cured effectively. With medication, there are (almost) always drawbacks to consider.

yeah i meant the perfect one. no sideeffects and cures it forever.

Then yes, I would provide the information to everyone I could, as long as the cure also included ways to prevent passing on any genetic defects that increased the likelihood of getting cancer.
