Is it just to expel a student just because he violated a rule of "NO CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET" when it was used for thesis work?

If it was expressly forbidden, then you violated the rules. It's my understanding that your thesis is just about the most important paper you will ever write for all of your educational life. If you violate the rules for that, where will you draw the line?

Can you talk to your thesis advisor? See what advice you can get from someone who knows. I've never gone to university.

@Serenitree: Looks like he can't help me but only with my thesis. I'm a seminarian and the persons who are going to expel me are my superiors.

@JPGEbron10: I'm really sorry. Maybe talk to your superiors. Religion is supposed to be about repentance and forgiveness. Now is the time to find out how forgiving they are.
