Why is that I stay up late, them wake up to use the bathroom and can't go back to sleep?

I went to bed at 3am, then I woke up at 8am to use the bathroom and I couldn't go back to sleep. I don't do good with three hours of sleep!

Maybe cause you got your blood rushing? Your heart pumping, every time I wake up I am up all night and wake up early but yeah its cause your heart or blood is just now kicking in gear
