How is this racist? 🤔

Some people are calling this commenter racist. I wonder if they would say the same if the commenter was referring to a dark skinned person.

Possibly the issue is that they wouldn’t be saying it if it were a darker-skinned person ?

@bijouxbroussard Well, I've told 'darker skinned' people in the past with no retribution.

Some people just have a pure and clear skin tone whatever the colour of their skin.

This girl in question has skin like alabaster.

@bijouxbroussard Well, it's a term that's fallen out of favour these days as you see it so rarely what with so many people using fake tan and sunbeds 😁
@Quizzical I think the most poetic term anyone’s used for my skin tone is “cafe au lait”. ☕️🥛
