Nothing personal, because I don't know you, but you pretty much just described every guy's worst nightmare. So kudos for recognizing it. Might be something to get a handle on though.

im kind of the same way with people. i mean not freaking out but wondering okay will they respond and why did the just stop talking.

I actually feel the same way talking to some people like: "Did I say something that offended her?"
