Are you proud of yourself ? Or is it that u feel like a failure?

I don't know. I'm proud of the few accomplishments I do have, but I'm ashamed to have not done more.

I feel like a failure, always have but I've learned that I was taught that and I was set up to sabotage anything good... It wasn't even me, I've been carrying somebody else's shame around with my whole life

there are four stages of life - Child, Failure, Old and Dead

I alternate between feeling either way
