Is it wordpress.com or wordpress.org?? It's basically for making own free blog.

Wordpress.COM is a site with templates giving you exposure in writing, reading, for free. .ORG does give you more control over the design, and is free, but you have to find a way to host your blog which I don't think can be found free.
