Anyone ever heard of toxic shame?

I recently learned of it and realized I suffer from it... also learned how to overcome it. It's basically where you think deep down you are flawed to an unhealthy extreme. Anyone else suffer from this or think they do? Any advice for those that do?

We are all flawed and we all have issues. To put it I n a current form...every one of us is dysfunctional....just all in different ways. Don't get caught up in that because you have good positive endearing qualities and you are much more to many people then you know. Society says we should all look and dress and sound the same and drive incredible cars and live in the best homes....that's JUNK!! Nobody is perfect...nobody gets outta this alive...don't focus on flaws...focus on your blessings. Take a pad and pen and write down your good positive healthy uplifting hobbies...habits..practices...qualities and if you're REALLY honest you'll see you're worth something. God don't make no junk...you're an individual masterpiece....flaws and all...I hope this helps and is encouraging
