Some words, when overused, lose their power ...
LaurieKitKat94 · 31-35, F
@ozgirl512 so?
ozgirl512 · 31-35, F
@LaurieKitKat94 they then become meaningless...

SW-User
@ozgirl512 They really do.
ozgirl512 · 31-35, F
@SW-User yes... Say it once, and mean it

SW-User
@ozgirl512 yes. Sometimes that’s not always easy to do. I think most of us spit words out before thinking things through especially under stress or opposition.
ozgirl512 · 31-35, F
@SW-User true. I have a belief... When you're angry or upset, walk away.. Otherwise you just generally dig the hole deeper lol

SW-User
@ozgirl512 You are right. So right but again hard to do . At least for me. 😔
ozgirl512 · 31-35, F
@SW-User I don't think you're alone there.. It does take practise ... I've learnt the is a trigger phrase to warn you when someone is going to say something that'll just make it worse... And that is, I just want to say one thing!
It's like putting your head in a noose!
It's like putting your head in a noose!

SW-User
@ozgirl512 So do you say I don’t want to hear it as you are walking off?
ozgirl512 · 31-35, F
@SW-User that's not a good idea either... Just makes them madder often... My approach is to try and stay calm, admit were both upset and let's calm down brute we talk further... Then skedaddle lol

SW-User
@ozgirl512 so do you talk or not? Lol
ozgirl512 · 31-35, F
@SW-User you have to... Either that or start walking, it's your only choices
