If a person befriended you and included you in a group but couldn't spend time with you away from this group setting would it make you turn on them?

They have already explained that they can't be around all the time for things away from group, but if you invite them they'll try to attend. They always include you in things especially with the group, they show you a kindness but just cant be joint at the hip with you. Would you become annoyed or angry?
