Well they have super hero subliminal videos on YouTube that I watch from time to time I watch one for the flash and spiderman and as long as u have 100% belief in it and let ur subconscious mind soak up the subliminal msgs in the videos they seem to work for me :) (believe it or not I really do feel like I run faster since watching the flash one) lol 😁
