What are your thoughts on Toxic Masculinity?

Awhile back gillette made that commercial to bring awareness to the concept of Toxic Masculinity. Do you believe that it exists if so? How so? How do we address it?

Of course, it exists, and its not something men need to act like doesn't exist or be upset about. We just need to acknowledge it exists and understand that men societal roles change all the time, society changes all the time. We need to leave the shitty parts behind and move forward with better parts.

It also, not all guys, but even a good guy make have bits of this toxic parts as a part of his personality. Just like a good woman may have bits of something toxic in them. We all have these things.
