Do you have a well prepared colleague? Do they come in with their lunch and snacks? Do they appear to always have healthy foods that they graze on throughout the day?

If they have it all prepared like that, I'm not bugged.
However, if they tease me for buying a bowl of soup and a bag of chips from the lunchroom and try to educate me on healthy eating and start blathering on about how their snacks are so yummy... then I'm bugged.
One of my few pleasures on a 12 hour shift is picking something that looks good that somebody else made. I can afford it, because I don't have 8 kids and a rarely-used boat to pay for, KAREN.
