If you have made efforts to contact someone on SW but see them online but wouldn't text you back, do they not care for you anymore?

What if you have sent gifts and several messages? What if you can see them replying to posts? What if you have been waiting for them for over two weeks?

Yes a few on here do that but when they finally stop by to say hi again to me I don't call them on it. I just reciprocate with kindness.
