Yup, still hate you, no matter how hard I try not to.

One would argue love and hate are two sides of the same coin. Another would argue that hate is a mix of fear and anger. You're angry at the person for hurting you, but also afraid of losing the good side of his.

@Stefan136 I can't argue or disagree with any of that...😔
@Stefan136 Sometimes you have........" I hate you because you don't love me."

@ItsJustMeAgain It'll pass, it's just the storm. The calm after the storm will make you a better person. Happened to me four times in total.

@Stefan136 I appreciate your thoughtful replies, but.... Yeah.

@puck61 Love is a complicated thing. But there's a thumb rule that most people overlook when infatuated; you only look for that which fulfills your desires long-term, not short-term.

@puck61 Hmmm. I do have a love/hate relationship with myself, so yeah I suppose its possible...
@ItsJustMeAgain This reminds me of a lovely red headed poetess I once knew and tried to love, but I was too self destructive , at that time, and she was too prudent for my life, and we just couldn't seem to be friends after that. It had to be all or nothing. I enjoyed her friendship and I wish I never would have tried to love her now. If we would have just stayed friends we would still be friends.
