@Grace2016: It was published in 2014 to celebrate the Gardehusar Regiment (Guard hussar Regiment) at what was said to be its 400 year birthday. The regiment was formed in 1754 but a few years ago it was combined with a infantry regiment that was formed in 1614 and that was how they could claim that the hussar regiment was 400 years old - which would have made it the oldest hussar regiment ever in this world - at least outside Hungary.
