Eh...If it was the norm to be topless they wouldnt be judged anymore than any other topless person

@Alex1610: well alex think in this way. Person who are nudists from begining are comfortable being nude and vice versa for non nudists. Plus new born babies are habituated to these habits of wearing clothes in normal, so they develop the attitude of non being nude as they grow up. So it would be difficult for majority to go topless as pre accepted norm. Plus have you watched documentaries on tribal people which live in jungle. Their women don't cover their chest and it's normal there in their society.
