You just did. You spoke up and expressed your dissatisfaction. More people need to do that and also suggest changes and work them.

@Tastyfrzz: thank you I appreciate that just doing it on your own makes you feel stupid and that you're not going to get anywhere because others won't follow what they truly believe in fear that they would (which they are right) be outcastes for. I have no issue with that but it does make life much harder although extraordinary none the less lol

Start small and build from there.
