Who here is rich enough to lend a stranger money ?

If it’s a life and death situation and family and kids are involved, I’d rather help them get work then giving away money. I may provide some urgent help like food and shelter till they find work. Done that before. I believe in teaching a man how to catch fish than feeding him.

Well, I'll give you credit for begging in public rather than developing a friendship in private, then hitting them up for money.

But the answer is no. When I was your age I had to work two jobs in an attempt to get myself through school. I didn't receive any help from anyone. If you want something in life, you need to learn how to earn it yourself. Or marry into it if you don't want to work.
