Why are people talking about new rules and warning people here?

Any time you post, anything, a list comes up if you what you are expressing meets a criteria. I haven't seen it change, but it includes are you being 'slanderous' etc, and who knows if it changes or is just javascript displaying utter crap presuming a moral identity.
