@TeresaRudolph71 A couple of people have said this in their answers. I don't really understand how people can still be together, still love each other, but not be "in love"?

@maybesomeday Well, sometimes, if people don't really work on their relationship, if they don't communicate effectively, if they let resentments build, or if they allow themselves to drift apart (which can happen even with people living under the same roof), the passion can slowly die. They may still care about one another, but not feel the way they once did. I don't think staying in love just happens. I think it takes a lot of work.

@TeresaRudolph71 Yes it does. I know, cause I have experience with both sides of that, the positive and the negative result.
