Make a plan for 1-2 months to do something (i.e. learn a new skill, eat healthier, go for a run every other day, read n amount of books/pages per week) and stick to it. No exceptions.
Cry whenever you're stressing or worrying so much that you're unable to do anything. After that, wash your face and start working on your problem.

@Melpomene My problem is that I thought I was going to get murdered tonight. I was tackled to the ground and all that. And Idk what. to do. or think. I'm scared now.
