Make a plan for 1-2 months to do something (i.e. learn a new skill, eat healthier, go for a run every other day, read n amount of books/pages per week) and stick to it. No exceptions.
Cry whenever you're stressing or worrying so much that you're unable to do anything. After that, wash your face and start working on your problem.
