Why do you hide?

I have question why do then majority of ppl hide their identiy on here? I hide my identity on here because I write about some stuff I dont want ppl to black mail me about is it for similar reason you do same thing?

@SW-User Remember, that street goes both ways. I wonder about the stuff those "people in real life" do themselves.

@DudeistPriest that's true to be fair. I'm sure we all have secrets. I just don't think my friends and family could cope with some of these things
