Do aggressive / mean people have a low IQ?

I noticed in my years on this planet that mean/ aggressive people lack the ability to rationalize how they affect others! The lower the IQ the worse!Intelligent people obviously have more self control and they are aware of themselves and how they effect others. So if your apparently mean for no reason then your stupid .😶

EQ might be a more relevant measure. But I get the sense that most aggressive people understand that they're hurting other people and do it for other reasons, such as stress, misdirected anger, and low self esteem.
