How does one post pictures and youtube videos on this section?

I have seen people post pictures and youtube links with direct image and videos. How does one do that?

Click "reply", then just click on "video".

When you click to answer a question and the drop down falls, click on the little mountains with a dot icon. From there you choose URL or video. Insert the address and it finds it for you.
