No food or alcohol at least a couple of hours before bedtime. Also, no electronics. Read something boring.

Meditation for 15 to 20 minutes before bedtime can help.
Also, there are many meditation videos on YouTube.

Do something to clear your mind. Call a friend who's willing to listen to you talk about something that might be bothering you. Get it off your chest. It's hard to relax when your brain won't let you.
