@ERowe18 I think the mods do. I tried when SW was launched and was informed by a mod that users cannot create groups.

Doesn't that suck? Not one group has been created since this place opened up. All groups were imported/copied from Ep. So there aren't any groups related to things occurring in the past 3 years.
