Drink plain lemon juice in the morning with a bowl of oatmeal or something healthy.

@RadiantRuby why so much? Diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight. Start stretching each morning and focuse on having a healthy breakfast. After a while you can start doing aerobic exercises and then some free weights. You'll look and feel amazing in two or three months.
