Where do you go that doesn't involve spending money?

Besides work...

I want to get out the house but there isn't anything to do, especially around here. It's 90 degrees so I don't really want to go outside/to a park.

I grew up in the deep south before air conditioning became common. A couple of the first two public places to get air-conditioned were the movie theater and the library.

I still think of them as the best escapes from sweltering hot weather.
