The change was so long ago today no one cares God only made the 7th day Holy ,,
Sunday is just what it says ,,a day to a pagan god ,the sun
in 321 AD a sun worshiping Emperor ,Constantine ,saying he was now Christian
Passed a law forcing the observance of Sunday ,,the Venerable day of the sun ,,and called it the Lords Dad
Now by tradition it has been kept so long as a Holy Day
the ones who keep the only day God made holy are seen as wrong ,,when actually 7th day Sabbath keepers observe the day God said to "Remember it ,,and Keep it Holy "

Heres my understanding..
God cares about our belief in Christ, to follow the narrow path and our intentions. We are not under old Jewish laws anyway. If it has been our custom to keep Sunday as the Holy Day I don't think that the specific date matters to God. God would not hold every day people accountable for knowing the exact date of ancient calendars. We should not get caught up in legalism. Purpose, obedience, intent, not putting law above gospel.

@REMsleep It is not legalism to, as a believer, obey God's Commandments. In fact, we show our love for God and Christ by keeping His Commandments.

@REMsleepExactly we don't go to heaven because we observe the Sabbath but because Jesus died. If we are born again then we will go to heaven. If we are not born again we will try to work ourselves there. Every religion except true Christianity works for heaven, NOT true Christianity because [b]JESUS DID ALL THE WORK! [/b]

It's only legalism if you say you earn heaven by keeping the Sabbath or any commandment. You don't earn heaven. We deserve hell, all of us. We sin every day! Jesus died for us so the work is done. Love is our only work. "Love your enemies, and pray for those who despitefully use you" This is how we can tell who is a Christian or not!

But it is the Mark of the Beast
A man changed Gods laws as foretold by Daniel
The doctrine you keep speaking of is for those who love milk
the carnal minded ,,and the spiritual ,,meat of the word is foolishness to them
When God says something over and over ,,He means for you to listen ,,,120 times He says in one fashion or another keep my commandments
It shows we have fellowship with Him
It shows we love Him
It is the seal of God
I taught the same stuff you keep saying myself
Until God showed me I was wrong

(Dan 7:25 )will still be observed in Heaven

If a fallen religion had not altered it
we would not even be having this conversation
How you chose to serve God is one thing
Telling others Gods commandments not longer matter

I was just as stubborn about this doctrine ,all I need to do is call on Jesus and thats it ,,it cost me when God said enough was enough and I wouldn't listen
I was opposing Him ,and leading His sheep astray
You can keep Sunday holy if you choose ,,the pagans have for thousands of years ,Pagan Rome did ,,finally Christian Rome did too when a Pagan Emperor enforced it by law

@BiblicalWarrior they don't get its finished was the end of the first covenant ,God in the most holy place and yearly sacrifices ,as Daniel said ,they broke the covenant when they crucified the Messiah ,
So when the veil was torn into ,that signified God was no longer in there ,,their temple was empty
but He gave them 3 1/2 more years to study the scripture and repent ,,then the Gospel was going to the dogs ,the Gentiles too ,,
He came to His people first ,and they knew Him not
So the only way to end the first covenant was with Blood
But they don't want to hear ,the actual day of atonement will only be for those who endure till the end and their names remain in the book of life
and then once ,,at the end of this world
when all have died once
then He will go into the heavenly temple and make atonement for His and His alone
If that blood gave us all a free ticket ,,then no one would be lost ,we would not have to repent anything
we would not need to know anything
or flee from sin
The Gospel of John was not written until almost 40 yrs after the cross ,and his letters even later and the revelation of Christ later then that
This doctrine that was meant for babes until they were ready to be born again ,its all the church today wants to hear

I was warned by another man to not even try to make liars out of them ,they know their bibles and they fully understand prophecy ,,I wasted 7 yrs to find out he was right and my doctrine was built on sand

who will one day be accountable for all the souls they led to sin and oppose God
