Anyone can handle anything if we are not too concerned about our ego
SW-User
@Zorba Hah, without repercussions you think?
Zorba · 36-40, M
@SW-User All repercussions comes out of our ego. If we can handle a situation without getting too much involved then we could think clearly.
SW-User
@Zorba But sometimes getting too involved is unavoidable. That is unless you possess no emotion or empathy then maybe yeah you're right.
Zorba · 36-40, M
@SW-User We cannot change anything that has happened just by being emotional, but being less emotional atleast helps us deal the situation better. People generally give very good advises to others but can't give the same advise to themselves under the same situation. Thats why u need to be less attached.
SW-User
@Zorba Experience teaches me that some situations need your emotions put aside but when it's something affecting your life directly feeling the pain, stress and yeah heaviness is eventually unavoidable. It does get better with help and support. No other way.
Zorba · 36-40, M
Yeah true that's why we need support from People around us till we are matured enough to handle ourselves
SW-User
@Zorba I doubt we will ever be able to handle ourselves singularly. Humans are not made to lie in solitude for too long.
Zorba · 36-40, M
@SW-User But life is same problems getting repeated differently dressed up and most being only related to relationships/money/disease. With time definitely we can learn and improve ourselves
SW-User
@Zorba Only if there is true will to improve oneself. Some people tend to like their "habits" and tend to fall in a downward spiral repeatedly and it's a never ending vicious circle then.
Zorba · 36-40, M
@SW-User Yeah absolutely. Most of us problems lies in same things repeating and we committing the same old mistakes.
SW-User
@Zorba But it's part of survival too in the long run. Survival is the only sure thing there is out there.
Zorba · 36-40, M
Yeah they say only the fittest can survive. and since we are here fighting amongst millions of Semen to make a life out, we all are the fittest in one way or the other. So whether we need support or not we have strong inner will power if the situation demands. But getting valuable support definitely makes it easy.
SW-User
@Zorba It's just resilience. Over time you either go into despair, or become resilient. Or that's what I used to tell myself to be able to handle stressful and painful situations in my life.
Zorba · 36-40, M
Yeah true. Life gets even more valuable after we get out of any misery.
SW-User
@Zorba yes of course. It also gives us experience
