Do you find people who speak in third person to be annoying?

Example Sara:
Sara looks so cute today. Sara does not have time for this. Ugh Sara, you have so much work to do today"

I have a co worker who speaks like this and i find it very annoying and weird. Like are you THAT self absorbed or just crazy💁🏾
