What are you making for dinner?

Beef jerkey, but not sure how I'll flavor it. I'm leaning towards a "Tx-Mex" style flavoring. This AM I was beating my meat (NO! NO! not that!) to get it flattened. I'll marinate and season then let it go low and slow overnight.[image deleted]

It hasn't been cooked yet, just seasoned w/ garlic salt, pepper, brown sugar, cinnamon and chili powder, then rubbed intently, placed in a plastic bag, packed tightly, then this AM, I took the meat tenderizer (flat part), and the image is what you see.
