If you were to be a hero, what would you be a hero for?

@JustMe2000 well lovely! i would try playign the hero but probably the evil guys henchman who in the end makes the sacrifice to save you!

I appreciate that you would try to be my hero. If the villain’s henchman ends up saving me and being my hero that’s ok, as long as I’m untied and rescued in the nick of time before the train arrives. I just think it’s romantic to imagine a man rescuing me as I’m helplessly in the clutches of the dastardly villain in dire peril.

@popmol Yes, it’s my favorite daydream. I’d be the fair heroine in a melodrama captured by the dastardly moustache-twirling villain in a cape and top hat and carried off over his shoulder to be tied helplessly to the railroad tracks, the buzzsaw in the old saw mill, or tied to a chair in an old shack next to a powder keg with a lit fuse. I struggle feebly against the ropes but to no avail. I’m too weak and frail to free myself. I whimper and cry for help. Only a man can save me! Then a brave man arrives to untie me and rescue me in the nick of time. I sigh “My hero!” as I flutter my eyelashes daintily. I just think it’s so romantic!

Yes, I might be the only one who fantasizes about this. I do know there are still men around today who like to imagine they come to the rescue of helpless women in distress. But I guess I’m the only woman who likes to imagine I’m the poor helpless damsel in distress in need of a man to rescue me. I don’t know why but that does make me feel romantic and excited.

@JustMe2000 haha well i know there are men like that out there definitely will work! just cosplay as a damsel in distress and go to a palce on a comic con or somethign xD
