What sort of Salami?

@HoraceGreenley: I like cappicola, but that's pork. It's kinda hard to find beef salami. Beef pepperoni is also great, when I can find it.

@3venus: Soppressata is my favorite. It's usually made with pork, but it can also be made with beef. Have you ever had it?

@HoraceGreenley: Oooh, no I haven't. I'll have to try it the next time I'm at the deli.

@3venus: It's hard to find. It's made by hand. the best stuff is home made. But there are some places that make artisanal sausage where you can get it. Otherwise you'll have to order it online.

@HoraceGreenley: I may have to venture into the hipster neighborhood and see they have any. If they have artisanal cheese they are bound to have meats.
