POLL - What are your thoughts on Phantom Viral disease?

Basically it's supposed to be an alien virus that makes you feel tired all the time that infects your nervous system but scientists can never find this virus despite looking 40+ years for it. The condition has like a dozen different names, but the most popular one translates into ''viral brain and nervous system infection'' and they say this infection goes on for years, sometimes their entire lifetime. All going by undetected by doctors and scientists. A lot of sufferers assume doctors are being paid to cover this alien virus nobody's ever seen before up.
