Why do some people get hostile when they've asked a question but don't like the answer they wanted?

Why did they ask in the first place if they didn't want to hear differing points of view. Beats me. 🤔

Some people have to be right at all costs and everyone MUST agree with them. I let them think they "won" I really don't care.

@abe182 Good strategy, will try that in future. It was like talking to a brick wall, though worse. I'm exhausted.
