what do you think about fasting ?

im going to fast till about 3pm. then I see a chicken sandwich in my future.

no food....... I still have my water and soda. ate at 730 this morning, that should hold me till 3.

@exita fasting 6 or 7 hrs is enough for me. hahahaha
