how can you get back to draw if you stopped drawing for a long time because of depression ,circumistances and a bad mood ..everytime you try you cant

I really want to know as well.. I have lost my passion due to life circumstances and only focused on learning skills that could really generate income. I know there are ways where I can be creative and follow my passion and earn from it as well I was just not able to follow that track..,
