What is with the uptick in crackhead looking people wearing pj pants,smoking and carrying grocery bags walking down the street in my neighborhood?
I've been noticing more and more these past few days.

@Addictedtoglamour it doesn't sound that unusual.. I started a pj fashion trend a few yrs ago..and see more of it now..it looks trendy!
