Ummm, the funny thing about love, you can tell your mother with ALL of of your love, and then in moments later say it to someone else. It's a feeling from you, capturing that moment. You're probably not going to like you can love two people at once

It's not my learning, but I can share a story.
I went with my Mom, my siblings, who could, and my nephews *my Mum was being chaperone* to see my Grandma at Christmas. My Mum had bought all the presents for her Mum to her Mum's grandchildren. Suddenly, my Grandma with mild dementia at 94, noticed, 'hey, I love you too. If I had known you would be here I would have bought you a present, too'.
