@SW-User That does sound good. I run the smoker for smoked kippers. If you've ever eaten Brunswick sardines then they came from where I work.

@OldHippie i have! and i love smoked Kippers too. i come from commercial fishermen on both sides of my family. 😊 i admire your work!

@SW-User My grandfather was a fisherman and that's how I spent my summers growing up. Both my grandmothers were sardine packers.
