Pretty much swimsuits get smaller every year. u don't want a big hairy bush sticking out of your bikini would u.
SW-User
@smileylovesgaming Yeah, i get that. Why not though? There was a time when body hair wasn't a bother.
@smileylovesgaming well, now that you mention it 😉😋. Seriously, I love bikinis over many years but the string styles of late not at all. Yes they demand shaving bare or a narrow landing strip. I prefer a nice triangle of a woman's pubic hair and I think seeing a few discrete pubic hairs around the edges of a woman's suit bottom is very enticing and sexy. It tells me she still has her natural muff intact. Rare these days. No not like some pics of a full bush sticking out, obviously!

What's this 'we' business?

I not only love it but encourage women to grow it.

Just as hair on a man is masculine, hair on a women is feminine.
Fernie · F
@Quizzical I love that you are fine with women who don't shave...an evolved male is rare here...remember though...women shave to please males for the most part. THAT is sick imo
Quizzical · 46-50, M
@Fernie Certainly worrying.

I always tell my partners that I am happy with them not shaving, and all but one has been relieved to not have to do it, and the one that did still shave did it because she felt better that way.

As far as I am concerned that goes for legs and armpits too.

Besides, it's kind of sexy and womanly, whatever the media may tell us.

Men are women with a slightly different genetic phenotype but societies are structured in a way that thrives on the differences no matter how slight..And as time passes, our standards change and it becomes less and less of a questionable expectation and more of a natural preference we are brought up with.

But not everyone dislikes hair. There are those who like it on women.
SW-User
@Miram indeed
@Miram I've always loved long hair on a woman but some women look fabulous with short hair, too. My wife has always had long hair shortening it to shoulder length "pageboy" recently for less maintenance while battling some health issues. She's in her 60s with beautiful gray hair. Personal preference for me of course.

@northerner777 That's nice. : ) wish you both many years of joy and good health.

As a female, I prefer au naturale. Pubic hair is not something to get rid of, and it symbolizes the sexuality of women. Many women like to remove their pubic hair because they want their "private part" looks clean and comfortable. Also, a clean "private part" of a female can attract male who likes to see a clean "vajayjay" therefore it stirs their sexual needs to touch it or eats it; because a vajayjay looks more delicious when it "naked".

About sexual intimacy; it is understandable that people clean their pubic hair for the purpose of having better oral sex and not feeling ashamed during sex. But, there is a study found that people who shave or wax their pubic hair are easy to get an infection. Pubic hair can prevent us from getting an infection because it will stop the bacteria from going inside and avoid injury to the skin. Pubic hair is also thought to trap pheromones, which are sexual smells created by body chemicals that are sexually alluring to a partner.

Even though there are some bad sides about having pubic hair; such as itchy, uncomfortable, and sometimes bad odor. Overall, it is better to keep your pubic hair and be healthy than chasing the outlook and risky for health.
@SW-User thank you for your perspective! Another thought, men quickly notice a woman wearing tight fitting pants or shorts and the obvious "cameltoe" reference to a girl's labia and the verticle "line" between them. Had the thought a while back that if a girl is waxed, there's nothing but her flesh in her crotch. Whereas, if she retains her "muff" of hair as it were, there's often sufficient "material" around her labia to greatly reduce the possibility of them creating that "effect". Just my assumption, not an experienced "observation"😉

Then again why are we conditioned to have long hair and for men to have short hair? Who decided that? If women can't have hair on their bodies then their head hair should be short too right? 🤔😂 And why can't men wear skirts and women can?

It's all conditioning people

@SW-User Unfortunately, yes.
Basically, the only people who naturally appear to have no body hair are children. Many cultures (including some western ones) infantilize women and sexualize little girls. It’s a very ugly truth.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@SW-User I know, but you can't blame me for at least attempting to put you in the picture.

@HerKing Honestly man, I thought that was from someone else. I didn't even look at most of it. My bad 😅

@SW-User Copy and paste the link...it's quite tragic. And this is one story that a particular tenacious reporter at the Sentinel has been pursuing for some time..A LOT of very influential male perverts are involved and being protected. The current labour sec is part of that same cover up.

I don't like it on anyone. It's just a preference.
Over the years it has been fashionable and expected for women to shave their underarm hair and their leg hair. It provides a much cleaner appearance and is much more attractive. I agree. I'm in my 70s and I've no problem with the custom. In a more intimate approach, in recent years the waxing fad has taken over a woman's crotch demanding total nudity there. I've viewed many photos of women who have been waxed bare of pubic hair and I don't see it as at all sexy. Some men prefer it for oral sex and that's understandable. I've never found it a problem with my wife's pubic hair. I don't think women's labia are sexy. Most are not. To be natural is to have hair there. Granted there are genetic instances where a woman may have an overabundance of pubic hair. I favor trimming when necessary to a nice lovely triangle "muff" as it were. No hair on her thighs. My take on your subject!

Thick hair stings and it makes physical contact less pleasurable.
There are sebaceous glands connected to hair follicles that are supposed to lubricate our hair and skin with sebum which makes our body hair oily and that we associate with dirtiness. Partly because sweat and sebum attract bacteria which cause BO. It's easier to wash off sebum from the bare skin than to wash it off the skin and "a thick bush". Therefore I understand why we don't like having hair in our armpits and private areas but why is that acceptable for hair on our heads but not on our legs is still mystery for me. Maybe women started to do that because of nylon tights and then it became standard.. 🤔 I really don't know. It makes no sense to me.

I like it just fine

Some bald women are lovely.

I prefer a woman to shave for the simple reason I don't like pubes in my teeth. I return the gesture too, so it isn't one sided. Nothing to do with infantasising women.
