Yes but what you also need to understand is the people who are acting like an aholes, are people who need help and surport too. There actions are the only way they are dealing with their issues, it maybe seen as very wrong and yes we have our own issuies to deal with,but maybe a bit more understanding towards the aholes and why they are doing the things they do.馃槉 I personally feel sorry for them and lucky I have not delt with my issue's in that manner.

Yes I understand what your saying and it鈥檚 not a matter of right or wrong or wanting everyone to agree that鈥檚 the uniqueness of this site. And yes it is a place for this who are (for lack of better words) twisted, demented and no manors and I have no problem being there to help anyone but if you can鈥檛 be an azzhole and not deal with a response go elsewhere we are not physiatrists we are human with feelings just like the assholes have feelings@Justenjoyit
