So I saw a dog in my neighborhood twice
He's huge. Very tall and his hair is white. I never see him with his owner before. Sigh. I wish I could hug him.

I don't know about there but here in the states if I see one and touch it or feed it I have to own it by apartment rules it's stupid I can't even feed a homeless starving dog beacause I'm too poor
