How good are you at destruction of any kind? What kind is it?

cause theres 2 things always in the universe. destruction and creation and life and death. all parts of the same coin.
everything in the universe turns to ash. but i like destruction on a protected scale. and with special ways not setting things on fire or explode them.
like destruction by sound or wavelengths there are very much way to destroy in controlled ways
