At what age did it stop being embarrassing to say to your loved ones, "I love you"?

I'd say after high school.

I couldn't do it until I had started college. Embarrassing is a great word for the way I felt before then.

Yeah many of us go through that transition. I guess feeling free to be more expressive is part of us coming into our own.
