Typically, I stay in bed.

and cry.

Don't get that way too often but when I'm down I try to push through it...figuring/hoping things will improve as I get through the day

i either game on my laptop, or watch videos, or i think about sex, and seriously, its hard to focus on depressive thoughts if your horny, sounds weird but its something that helped distract me when i went through heavy stuff

I don't think that I have ever been that depressed. But if I was, I hope that someone I know will love me enough to get me out of it. I'm blessed to say with a sure heart that I do. 🙏

I never want to get out of the bed, even when I am happy
