Can you tell me your experience of having a lucid dream? Where you were aware you were dreaming?

That's a lot. I do it maybe a couple times a year.

@swandfriends I wake up full of sweat and nightmares that completely mess with my head.


It's been like that from my childhood so I learnt to deal with it.

Sometimes it helps me a lot in generating ideas in regarding to a problem that's worrying me at that moment

That's weird that you have nightmares a lot. Are you naturally afraid of lots of things in real life?

@swandfriends no. I get panic from even a little sound sometimes.
